This position is responsible for mixing drinks and interacting with guests and staff in a professional, courteous and personable manner. It is also responsible for ensuring that those served are of legal age and for suspending drink service to guests who appear overly intoxicated. This position maintains bar inventories, and maintains a clean preparation and serving area. It is also responsible for accurately charging guests for drinks.
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all banquet and conference rooms, the chapel, hallways, storage areas, and bathrooms before, during and after events. This includes vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, replacing toiletries and towels, dusting, cleaning windows, etc. Assist with room set up and break down including moving tables, equipment and structures.
