I’m Kelly, the venue manager at The Bowden, and I’m excited to tell you what to expect when you come for a tour. Trust me, it’s going to be fun!

First things first, when you arrive at The Bowden, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile. We’re all about making you feel welcome from the moment you step through our doors. It’s like coming home, but fancier!

You’ll meet our awesome team right off the bat. We’re a friendly bunch, and we love what we do. Don’t be surprised if we’re just as excited about your wedding as you are!

Next up, we’ll take you on a grand tour of our beautiful venue. You’ll see our stunning ballroom with its sparkling chandeliers. I love watching couples’ faces light up when they first see it. It’s magical!

We’ll show you the bridal suite too. It’s a gorgeous space where you and your crew can get ready in style. One bride told me she felt like a movie star in there!

As we walk around, feel free to ask questions. No question is too big or too small. I once had a couple ask if they could bring their dog as the ring bearer. (The answer was yes, and it was adorable!)

After the tour, we’ll sit down and go over all the nitty-gritty details. We’ll talk about our proposal and what’s included in our all-inclusive packages. No hidden fees here – we’re all about being upfront.

We’ll chat about catering options too. Our chef is amazing, and we’ve got choices to suit every taste. One groom was worried about his vegan guests, but our chef whipped up a menu that had everyone raving!

This is also when we’ll answer all your burning questions. How late can the party go? What about parking? Can Aunt Sue bring her famous cookies? (Late, plenty, and absolutely!)

Now, here’s something cool – we host several tastings throughout the year. Once you book a date with us, you’ll get to come back and sample our delicious catering. It’s like a sneak peek of your big day!

After your visit, we’ll send you a contract to look over at home. No pressure – we want you to take your time and make sure everything’s perfect.

I remember one couple who came for a tour on a rainy day. They were worried the weather would ruin the mood. But as soon as they saw our cozy interior and heard about our rain contingency plans, their worries melted away. They booked on the spot!

Another fun memory: a bride who was torn between two venues. She came back for a second tour with her whole family. Seeing her mom tear up in our ballroom sealed the deal. Those are the moments that make my job amazing.

So, what can you expect from a tour at The Bowden? Friendly faces, stunning spaces, clear information, and a chance to start turning your wedding dreams into reality.

Oh, and one last tip: wear comfy shoes! We’ve got a lot of beautiful space to cover, and I want you to enjoy every step.

I can’t wait to meet you and show you around The Bowden. It might just be the place where your “happily ever after” begins!
